Don’t Ignore that Gut Feeling

Smoking affects every aspect of your body. Smoking also damages the oesophagus and seems to interfere with your bile salts and in turn, this can make your stomach acid even more acidic causing greater damage to your oesophagus.

Peptic ulcers are nasty and as a smoker, you develop a higher chance of getting one. Ulcers take longer to heal and have an increased chance of fatality through smoking so you can see that your smoking addiction can have a disastrous effect on your life. It is estimated that the number of deaths that occur each year through smoking is around 400,000 and these deaths or the majority of them, could certainly have been preventable.

There is no doubt that a smoking addiction is a tough one to beat. Many have tried and failed and thousands more will try each year and fall foul of the intensity from any withdrawal symptoms experienced. But there is an easier way to reduce the severity of smoking and to overcome the addiction. You may have heard of the electronic cigarette revolution that is occurring?
